WENGER PLATTNER Bulletin: Legal News in a Nutshell

WENGER PLATTNER is proud to present its new publication series Bulletin. The Bulletin aims at illustrating recent or forthcoming legal developments or news. The Bulletin 3 addresses the topic «stricter content check of the general terms and conditions». A new law revision which enters into force as from 1 July 2012 will bring stricter rules for the use of general terms and conditions in business connections with consumers in Switzerland. It is therefore recommended to modify the general terms and conditions in due time.
