Maurice Courvoisier is a member of Wenger Plattner's arbitration and litigation practice. He concentrates on representation of parties in international arbitration and international litigation. He has practical experience in various substantive law issues (such as commercial and contract law, copyright, design and art law, employment and transport law) and industries (such as pharma, machine and plant construction, logistic, telecommunication and insurances). He represents groups as well as smaller and medium sized companies, and he has experience in proceedings for and against states.
His other areas of experience are, among others, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Switzerland, international judicial assistance and the assistance for foreign proceedings in relation to Switzerland.
Maurice Courvoisier acts also as an arbitrator in international arbitration.
